offer, provide you with recommendations for Home
Inspectors, Settlement Companies, etc. Then coordinate
with you to ensure the myriad of tasks are accomplished.

Attend your Home Inspection
with you and go over the findings and prepare
the necessary addenda to correct difficencies.
- We stay on top of all contingencies until resolution
and assist you throughout the buying process.

walk-through to assure you that all is in working
